Welcome to Mostafa Agency. These Terms govern requests for professional digital services, together with any written quotation, statement of work or agreement accepted by the client. Please review them before ordering services.
1. Definitions and coverage
“Agency” means Mostafa Agency; “Client” means the purchasing person or organization; “Project” means the scope agreed in writing; and “Deliverables” means the specified outputs. Our services include website design and development, SEO, digital marketing, social media management, branding, graphic design, automation, software, hosting and maintenance, e-commerce, IT consulting and content writing. Specific written project terms prevail over these general terms where legally permissible.
2. Orders and agreement
A project starts with a requirements discussion and written proposal identifying deliverables, dependencies, timeline, fees, currency and payment stages. Written acceptance or payment against an accepted proposal may constitute agreement, subject to applicable law. Work outside the agreed scope is not included unless separately approved.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices intended for Egyptian customers are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP); other currencies may also be shown where appropriate. Applicable taxes, third-party charges and the final amount are specified before an order is confirmed. Deposit amounts and milestones depend on the written quotation; no universal deposit percentage applies. Available methods may include XPay, bank transfer and authorized payment links. Card details must be entered directly on the payment provider’s secure page, never sent by email or messaging.
4. Our commitments
We use reasonable professional skill and care to perform the agreed scope, provide meaningful progress updates and test applicable deliverables before handover. We notify the client of material delays or technical obstacles and seek agreement before adding charges or changing the scope.
5. Client cooperation
The client supplies accurate content, access credentials, approvals and materials they are entitled to use. Feedback should be clear and consolidated. Missing materials or delayed approvals may require reasonable scheduling changes. Clients should keep independent backups of critical systems and data before migrations or modifications.
6. Revisions and change requests
Eligible creative projects ordinarily include two rounds of reasonable revisions within the approved brief unless the quotation says otherwise. A revision adjusts the agreed output; it is not a new website, campaign concept, feature set or complete rebrand. Additional work is quoted and approved separately. This limit does not remove any obligation to remedy actual defects under the contract or applicable law.
7. Timelines and acceptance
Timelines are based on timely receipt of payments, assets and decisions. We deliver files, links, administrative access or documentation as specified in the project proposal. Clients may inspect deliverables and notify us of demonstrable nonconformities; we address defects within the agreed scope without creating an unlimited maintenance obligation.
8. Ongoing services
Retainers, recurring marketing services, hosting and maintenance arrangements specify service periods, included activities, renewal arrangements, cancellation notice and fees in their respective agreements. Ad spend, software subscriptions, domains and outside hosting fees are excluded unless expressly included.
9. Marketing and SEO outcomes
Search rankings, impressions, conversions, sales and advertising approvals depend on search engines, platforms, competition, product fit, budgets and market conditions. Unless expressly and measurably agreed otherwise, we do not guarantee a Google ranking, number of leads or level of revenue.
10. Intellectual property
Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership or usage rights in bespoke final deliverables pass to the client after full payment to the extent specified in the agreement. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, photography, libraries and licenses remain subject to their own terms. Source files and admin access are supplied where included in the project scope.
11. Confidentiality and security
Each party should protect nonpublic business information obtained for the project. Access should be granted on a least-privilege basis and removed when no longer necessary. Personal data handling is addressed in the Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension, termination and refunds
Work may be suspended following appropriate notice for material nonpayment, missing required inputs or unlawful requests. Cancellation and refund matters are handled under the applicable written contract and our published policies, without limiting mandatory rights. Third-party purchases already incurred may have separate, non-refundable terms.
13. Disputes and liability
Please notify us of concerns in writing and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve them. Contractual liability is determined by the agreement and applicable law, and no provision excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited. We aim for an amicable resolution before referral to a competent authority or court.
14. Contact and amendments
Send service inquiries and notices to info@mostafa-agency.com or call +201090852850. We generally aim to provide an initial response to support complaints within three business days. Updated website terms apply prospectively as legally appropriate; existing signed agreements remain governed by their agreed terms and mandatory law.
