Because our offerings are professional and digital services rather than physical goods, an “exchange” typically means correcting a deliverable, replacing a nonconforming digital component or agreeing a change to the service scope.
1. When an exchange is appropriate
Examples include replacing a design file delivered in the wrong agreed dimensions, repairing a website feature that fails the written specification or replacing content that does not meet the accepted brief. Requests are evaluated against agreed deliverables rather than individual preferences alone.
2. Two included revision rounds
Eligible creative projects typically include two consolidated rounds of reasonable revisions within the original brief, unless the written quotation specifies otherwise. One round means one clear, combined set of comments followed by the corresponding revisions. This limit does not restrict legally required correction of genuine defects.
3. What is a new scope
A complete rebrand after concept approval, new website pages, additional integrations or languages, a new platform or an entirely revised brief are new work rather than standard revisions. We provide any related cost and timing proposal for approval before proceeding.
4. Approvals and handover
Projects may have briefing, draft, revision, test and final approval stages. Prompt, consolidated feedback improves delivery efficiency. Approval does not waive legal remedies for latent defects or proven failures to meet contract specifications.
5. How to submit
Send the project and invoice reference, relevant file or URL, precise description of the issue and screenshots when useful to info@mostafa-agency.com. We generally respond initially within three business days and explain whether correction is included or requires a separately approved variation.
6. Technical projects
We assess reproducible issues, environment details, plugin and software versions and third-party dependencies. We fix defects attributable to agreed work while independently quoting failures caused by outside systems, unsupported changes or later interventions where appropriate.
7. Recurring plans
Changes to ongoing service packages can be requested and take effect after written agreement on scope, fees and effective date. Switching plans does not retroactively erase work already performed.
8. If correction cannot resolve the issue
We discuss reasonable alternatives and, where appropriate, a refund or other remedy under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Clients are not required to accept a substitute that defeats the essential contracted purpose.
